Sorted by hand, Guatemala SHB is grown high in the mountains of Huehuetenango, one of Guatemala's three non-volcanic regions, as well as its highest and driest under cultivation, making it one of the best for coffee production. This washed coffee has a sweet aroma and flavor notes of maple, orange and milk chocolate.
